Happy Halloween

As if having a birthday party and sleeping by Honey and Poppy's wasn't enough for one weekend, Sunday was Halloween which meant more fun!!!! I was still exhausted from preparing for Andrew's party but I didn't want him to miss trick or treating. So, we got him dressed, loaded him in the car and set off for Alexander's house. There neighborhood does an awesome job for Halloween, so we wanted to go down there to trick or treat.

They live about 15 minutes away and about 5 minutes into the car ride we realized that Andrew had fallen asleep!!! We should have turned around right then and just put him to bed, but we kept going. We let him sleep until it was time to trick or treat (about 40 minutes). When I woke him up he was a little quiet but not too cranky. Then when we walked outside he decided he wanted to take his T-Rex with him.......well, T-Rex was at our house................................... and so our fun night basically ended!

He melted down basically the entire time we were trick or treating but as soon as we got to the house right before Alexander's he was over it and was ready to play!!! Bryan went inside to watch the Saint's game (Who Dat!) and I stayed outside with Nana, Dawn, Alexander, Mimi, and Andrew to hand out candy. When we finished we all went in and the boys had a great time playing and eating candy!!! We stayed for a little while, but with school in the morning and a 9 month pregnant woman.... we made our way home!!

It wasn't the funnest Halloween, but at least it ended on a good note;)
